Outlier Profile - Ed Leone

Ed and The Outliers hooked up when one of Ed's family members - who happened to be a patient of our own Brad "Roc Doc" Sporkin - mentioned Ed's talent to Brad. Ed showed up at one of our gigs, and with minimal prodding from the band, grabbed his trombone from his car to sit in with the band. We were all giddy at the dynamic Ed added to the sound and were in complete awe of his talent. Playing with a truly accomplished, gifted and creative musician like Ed is a rare treat indeed. We've been fortunate to have Ed sit in with us at other gigs and have plans to have him join us for an entire gig. Ed's day job is that of a school teacher...teaching, what else...music. | |
