Outlier Profile - Laurie Dutchen
back to Who Are These Guys?

  | |
  | |
Laurie, one of the founding members of the The Outliers, provides a sweet dimension to the band. She is a songbird with a phenomenal voice! Beyond rhythm guitar, lead guitar and her outstanding lead and harmony vocals, Laurie is responsible for developing the hallmark Outlier vocal sound. She has one of the best "natural ears" you'll find, and her ability to arrange vocal harmonies makes her a critical member of the band. Laurie lives on Long Island and spends her days as a high school teacher (math and computers) and Web Master for the school district's web site. | |
